#S1E9 Pressing pause #blacklivesmatter

Dear listeners, it brings us so much joy to produce the podcast for you and we love that you are here supporting us. It is June 2020, and we are in the middle of the urgent #BlackLivesMatter movement. Right now we can’t ignore what is going on. Life can’t go on as it is. However, we are not qualified to talk about racism from the standpoint of the ones that suffer from it. We are aware of our white privilege and we want to use our platform, no matter how big or small, to bring awareness to the problem, and stand together. In respect to the current events we will not be releasing our regular podcast episode. It would be insensitive of us to move forward and pretend nothing was happening. This week we will be dedicating our social media to making sure the voices that matter are heard, and hopefully learn from them and take action.
