Terms of Use
Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the https://vetahead.vet website (the “Service”) operated by Vetahead Inc. (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times, including payment information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms and may result in immediate termination of your account.
Users may only log in on one device at a time. Any attempt to log in on multiple devices simultaneously will result in automatic termination of the previous session. Unauthorized sharing of login credentials is strictly prohibited and may lead to account suspension or termination.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Intellectual Property
The Service and all original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Vetahead and its licensors. All materials are provided on a view-only basis, unless otherwise specified. Downloading, copying, or distributing materials without express permission is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or legal action.
All content is protected by copyright, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and other intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant any right or license to reproduce or use Vetahead’s intellectual property without written permission.
RACE (Registry of Approved Continuing Education) CE credits by the AAVSB (American Association of Veterinary State Boards)
Important Notices:
Certificate: Certificates are available after completion of the course, and only upon request. The certificate will be sent to the email registered in the subscription within 30 business days after the request.
How to request your certificate: After completion of the course, the subscriber will be prompted to fill out an online form requesting the certificate of completion.
RACE CE Credits: Your RACE CE credits (valid only in North America and Canada) will be recorded within 30 business days after course completion. RACE CE credits are provided by the AAVSB (American Association of Veterinary State Boards). In order to receive online CE credit, and have access to the AAVSB Race tracker, you must create an account with AAVSB. You can create your account here.
If you do not wish to setup and account with AAVSB, you can request the certificate as instructed above and submit the certificate to your state board.
The subscriber is solely responsible for creating and keeping their AAVSB account regular, and is also responsible for providing the correct license information. VETAHEAD is not responsible for incorrect license number information and is not responsible for keeping track and/or following up with subscriber if information provided is incorrect.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Vetahead.
Vetahead has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Vetahead shall not be held liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with such external content or services.
We encourage you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites you visit.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds are only applicable for physical products.
Refunds are not applicable for Subscription, Teleconsulting, Telecoaching, webinars, speaking engagements, in-person training, or any other online or in-person services. All these sales are final.
You can cancel your subscription anytime by following these steps:
Log in to your VETAHEAD account.
Click your profile picture in the top-right corner.
Select Billing.
Click Subscription.
On the right side of your plan description, click the three dots (…) and then select Cancel.
Confirm your cancellation.
Important: Your plan will be canceled, but you’ll still have access until the end of your current billing period.
Coupon Policy
By redeeming a coupon code (“Coupon”), you agree to the following:
The Coupon is valid for one-time use only and applies to the initial term of the Subscription or product.
Upon renewal, you will be charged the current full price without discount.
Auto-renewal must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date to avoid charges.
Coupons are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Vetahead reserves the right to modify or cancel any Coupon offer at its sole discretion.
Group Purchase Policy
When purchasing group discounted access, you must provide accurate and current information for all users. Each individual user will receive their own login credentials and is responsible for managing their account securely.
User additions are final and non-refundable. Unauthorized sharing of group access credentials is prohibited and may result in account termination.
Termination
Vetahead reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service without prior notice if you breach these Terms, including but not limited to violations of intellectual property policies.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind. Content formats may change (e.g., from downloadable to view-only) as part of intellectual property protection efforts. Vetahead is not liable for claims related to such changes.
Modifications to Services
We may modify or discontinue services at any time, including changes in content formats, login policies, or intellectual property protections.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, State of California.
Physical Products Refund Policy ONLY
Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks of delivery. Refunds are not issued for buyer’s remorse or for unclaimed shipments.
Vetahead does not accept returns of sealed goods (e.g., face masks) due to health and hygiene reasons.
