Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the https://vetahead.vet website (the “Service”) operated by VetAhead Inc. (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times, including payment information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You are solely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. In the event of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security, you agree to immediately notify VetAhead. VetAhead will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this provision.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of VetAhead and its licensors. By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, pdf, audio, pictures, illustrations, and arrangement thereof) provided by VetAhead are protected by copyright, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. These materials are the exclusive property of VetAhead and its licensors. Your use of the Service grants you no right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any VetAhead or third-party trademarks, patents, trade secrets, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights without express written permission.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Vetahead.

Vetahead has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Vetahead shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable for VETAHEAD Essential membership.

VETAHEAD offers full refunds within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase (read: first time you purchase the VETAHEAD Essentials memberships). Please note that refunds are not applicable for renewals, including, but not limited to, auto-renewal of the VETAHEAD Essentials membership.

Refunds are not applicable for Teleconsulting. All Teleconsulting purchases are final.

Refunds are not applicable for Vetahead Community. All Vetahead Community purchases are final.

Refunds are not applicable for any other online/virtual services, including, but not limited to, Telecoaching, podcast, social media events and/or community, and webinars. All those sales are final.

Refunds are not applicable for any in-person services, including, but not limited to speaking engagements, lectures, webinars, in-person training, relief services, wet labs, and similar. All aforementioned purchases are final.

How to request your refund for the Vetahead Essentials membership:

To request a refund for the Vetahead Essentials membership, please email contact@vetahead.vet with the subject “cancelation”, include the name of member and email used to create the account. Please allow Vetahead 72 business hours to reply to your email. Refunds will be processes and might take 30 business days to be completed, not including the financial entity time for refund (e.g. credit card, PayPal).

Disclaimer
Vetahead reserves the right not to issue refunds outside the 7 calendar days after first purchase. Please note it is the user’s reasonability to manage their subscription, including, but not limited to, renewal options. Users can manage their subscription renewal through their member page:

In the “My Subscriptions” section, users have full autonomy to control their subscription and its auto-renewal status. To adjust the auto-renewal status, user should click the ACTIVE or REACTIVE button as per users’ preference.

Please note users have until 24 hours, prior to renewal date to deactivate the auto-renewal option. If user misses the window deactivate the auto-renewal option, the subscription will be automatically renewed, and Vetahead reserves the right to not issue a refund.

Vetahead retains the discretion to deny refunds that do not comply with the aforementioned policy.

Coupon Policy:

By redeeming a coupon code (“Coupon”) for a discount on any vetahead service/products and subscription fee, you (“User”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

Single Use: The Coupon is valid for a one-time use only and applies solely to the initial term of the Membership, service or product. The User acknowledges and agrees that the Coupon cannot be applied to subsequent renewals, additional purchases, or any other product or service offered by Vetahead.

Renewal Pricing: Upon renewal of the Membership, service or product, the User will be charged the then-current full price for the Membership, service or product without any discount. The User acknowledges their responsibility to review the full price of the Membership prior to renewal and accepts that the renewal will be processed at the full price.

Please note users have until 24 hours, prior to renewal date to deactivate the auto-renewal option. If user misses the window deactivate the auto-renewal option, the subscription will be automatically renewed, and Vetahead reserves the right to not issue a refund.

Coupon Expiry and Restrictions: Each Coupon is subject to an expiration date and may include specific restrictions, such as eligibility criteria or applicability to certain membership levels. The User is responsible for adhering to these terms as outlined at the time of the Coupon’s issuance. Failure to use the Coupon within the stipulated period or in accordance with its terms will result in the forfeiture of the discount.

Non-transferability: Coupons are non-transferable and may not be sold, copied, modified, or transferred to another party. Coupons have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

Right to Modify or Cancel: Vetahead reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel any Coupon offer at any time and for any reason without notice or liability to the User.

Acceptance of Terms: By using a Coupon, the User agrees to these terms and conditions. These terms are supplementary to and should be read in conjunction with the General Terms and Conditions of the Vetahead service.

The User’s continued use of a Coupon constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, do not use the Coupon and contact Vetahead customer service for further assistance.

Group Purchase Policy

When you purchase a group discounted access to our membership and/or services, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times, including, but not limited to, payment information. That includes, but is not limited to, email and name of users to be added to the group access. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for keeping all group user information up-to-date, and you are responsible for notifying Vetahead of any users to be added or excluded from your group access. User additions are final and not subject to refund.

Each individual user in your group will be provided with a login and temporary password. Is the user’s responsibility to change their password and manage their account, including payment information. Each individual user is responsible for safeguarding the password that they use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under their password, whether their password is with our Service or a third-party service. They are solely responsible for any and all activities that occur under their account. In the event of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security, you agree to immediately notify VetAhead. VetAhead will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your or their failure to comply with this provision.

You and each individual user agrees not to disclose your or their password to any third party. You and them must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Termination

Vetahead reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

The use of the Service is at user’s sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. We understand that disagreements or dissatisfaction may occur, and we wholeheartedly welcome constructive feedback and diverse viewpoints. However, it’s important to clarify that we cannot condone communication that includes disrespect, unkindness, or discrimination. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision of a material change occurs, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using and cancel the Service.

Physical Products Refund Policy ONLY

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue with the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report for further instructions.

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

If you haven’t registered an account on vetahead.vet and added a billing method, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).

Vetahead does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. If you choose to accept returns or offer size exchanges to your end customers, you would need to place a new order at your expense for a face mask or a product in another size.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for: the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized; sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore Vetahead reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
